My passion for fostering personal and professional growth has fuelled my journey as a coach, driven by a deep commitment to supporting individuals in reaching their full potential.
I am a neurodivergent, internationally experienced executive with more than 15 years of management and C-Suite leadership experience and hold a Certified Professional Accounting Designation and a Masters of Business Administration. I pursued and received a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and followed the path to be recognized as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I have been a professional Certified Executive Coach since 2020, founding Leanne Gawley Executive Coaching in 2021. During 2024, I became certified in ADHD Coaching, Trauma Informed Coaching, and Imposter Phenomenon/Syndrome Informed Coaching as well, which are a passion for me as a neurodivergent person in high ranking leadership positions.
My family and I are humbled to live, work, and play across Treaty 7 and Treaty 6 Traditional Territories of the Niisitapi (Blackfoot), (including the Siksika, the Piikani, and the Kainai Peoples), the Tsuut’ina, Stoney Nakoda, Cree, Saulteaux and Métis peoples.
Inclusion, diversity, accessibility and equality are values I hold close to my heart. Everyone is invited and embraced in this inclusive space, and are assured a safe and welcoming environment.
I worked with Leanne when I returned to work from maternity leave. She really listened and provided reasonable and practical advice. It was also really valuable that she wasn’t constrained by any large corporate agenda or matrix. She was able to really work on the root of the issues and build a personal plan. I highly recommend Leanne and will personally use her again in the future.
