You’re not broken, you’re wired differently.

Maybe you just got the diagnosis. You're sitting with a mix of relief and "okay, now what?" It finally makes sense, the way your brain has always worked, but no one handed you a roadmap for what comes next.

Or maybe you haven't been diagnosed at all. You just know something is off. You used to have it together, and now your life feels like organized chaos that's losing the organized part. You're wondering if there's a name for what's happening, and more importantly, if someone out there actually gets it.

Either way, you're here. And that matters.

This is a space where your brain isn't a problem to solve. It's the starting point for everything that comes next.

Something brought you here.

Built for women who lead, even when it costs them something.

Most of my clients are women in leadership. They're smart, capable, and exhausted from doing twice the work to get half the recognition. Some were diagnosed with ADHD later in life and are rethinking everything they thought they knew about themselves. Others are burning out and can't figure out why, because on paper, they're succeeding.

Here's what I know from lived experience and from sitting across from hundreds of leaders: women in leadership who are neurodivergent aren't a number in the boardroom to meet a ratio. They deserve to be there without the extra weight they carry just to be taken seriously.

If that landed, you're in the right place.

I'm not coaching from a textbook. I'm coaching from the chair you're sitting in.

I was a Country CFO. I've sat in boardrooms across the globe, managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, and led international teams. I was also diagnosed with ADHD in my early 40s, and that diagnosis changed everything about how I understood myself and the leaders I work with.

I left the C-Suite because I refused to trade my values for a title. That decision wasn't easy, but it was mine. And it led me here, to work that actually matters to me: helping brilliant people see what everyone else already sees in them.

I don't coach from a script. I coach from experience. I've been the woman in the room who felt like she didn't belong, and I've been the woman who realized she was the most qualified person at the table. Both things can be true in the same meeting.

This isn't a program you follow. It's a partnership you build.

Every client is different. Your goals, your pace, your story. Some people need me to ask the hard question and sit with them in the silence after. Others need me to offer something to chew on and pressure test it together. Some need both, depending on the day.

What stays the same is this: we work on what's real for you. Not worksheets designed for someone else's life. Not generic frameworks that sound good on a website. Your actual challenges, your actual brain, your actual goals.

It starts with an Alignment Session: a 25-minute conversation to see if we're the right fit. No pressure, no pitch. Just two people figuring out if there's something worth building together.

Love notes…

You found this space for a reason.

Maybe today isn't the day you book a session. That's okay.

But if something on this page made you pause, if you felt a little less alone reading it, that's the whole point.

When you're ready, I'm here.
